Then carefully roll out the dough to about a 1/3 of an onch thickness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut into triangles. Canadian Bacon diced very small&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup minced onion&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesian cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 cup soft 100% whole wheat breadcrumbs&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;2 T. extra virgin olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carefully remove mushroom stems with a knife to create "bowls" with the mushroom caps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finely mince mushroom stems.&lt;br /&gt;In a small mixing bowl combine everything except caps and oil.&lt;br /&gt;Mix thoroughly until well blended, then drizzle and mix 1 Tablespoon (or less)&lt;br /&gt;of the oil and continue mixing until stuffing begins to stick together.&lt;br /&gt;Put remaining oil in a square baking pan and coat pan. Blend remaining ingredients together, then beat the mixture into a dough until it can stand alone as a ball in the center of the bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Knead the dough for two minutes.&lt;br /&gt;The dough should be an easy-to-hold ball at this point. Remove it and cut it into 6-12 parts. Then roll each part into a small ball. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cover a board in flour and, one by one, roll each sectioned piece of dough into a very thin circle shape on the board. Once all tortillas are rolled, place them, one by one, on a lightly oiled griddle. When little bubbles appear on its surface, flip the tortilla and bake its other side. Beef or Elk roast or Chicken Breast (lean trim off fat)&lt;br /&gt;in a crockpot and slow cook for 8 hours on low.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When fork tender, shred mixing all juices and meat together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;add 1/4 cup fresh cilantro and 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve on any variety of taco.&lt;div /&gt;(set aside for 10 min.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then in a regular mixing bowlor mixer combine:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;2 Tablespoon gluten (optional)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cup warm water&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup oil&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup mashed potatoes (may used instant flakes if reconstituted)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix or blend until smooth and consistant&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then add the yeast water and blend again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When well blended, add approx 5-7 cups of whole wheat flour one cup at a time until a smooth (sticky but managable) dough is formed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Knead well for 5 more minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cover bowl of dough with a damp cheese cloth and let rise 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then dump dough onto a lightly oiled counter. (olive oil or cooking spray)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roll gently with rolling pin (one handed) gradually spreading dough without crushing the air out of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut triangles and roll into cresents.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place on a lightly buttered cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let rise until double. Raw pumpkin seeds (health food store)&lt;br /&gt;4 oz. Raw sunflower seeds&lt;br /&gt;6 oz. Raw golden flaxseed&lt;br /&gt;12 oz. Raw whole almonds (crush a bit with a rolling pin or large spoon)&lt;br /&gt;14 oz. bag flaked coconut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a separate bowl mix until everything dissolves:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups warm water&lt;br /&gt;1 cup packed brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup olive oil&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup molasses&lt;br /&gt;1 t. salt&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 t. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;when liquid is mixed well and dissolved,&lt;br /&gt;pour over dry ingredients and toss until liquid is dispersed evenly and absorbed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake 5 heaping cups at a time on a cookie sheet in a preheated 315 degree oven,&lt;br /&gt;for 20 minutes and then remove from oven stir and then return for 10-15 more minutes.&lt;br /&gt;When done remove from oven and while hot add 1 cup of raisins and set aside to cool thoroughly. Store in a cool dry place or freeze.
